Favorite styles

I would like to share with you some of my favorite styles, the manner in which I would really love to adorn myself in. Though I am no longer a student, I still very much enjoy wearing such causal yet stylish outfits. Thank God some are suitable for office wear too =)

And a hint of Roly Poly to match my days =)

If only Singapore weather can share some of autumn’s cooling weather… it is not a problem for me to dress in such a fashion. Yes I still can try wearing the blazer and walk the lane of Orchard Road… but I guess I’ll probably end up looking more like a drenched chick then a stylish chic.

Heart itchy!!! Hahahahaha! Need to go shopping soon =p

Challenge to keep the blog afloat

It has been a month since I last blogged. Now that I officially joined the workforce, I find that it’s a really big challenge to keep your blog alive. (Gloria, now I fully understand your situation!)

Even if you got sparse time on your hand, you’ll just be (either) too lazy or too tired to blog. In the end you will be doing else things like surfing the net, watching TV, or retreating to some sort of entertainment.

On the other hand, to retain my past identity as a student, it is great to enjoy privileges such as flexibility of time, mobility of freedom, wearing slacks (I love shorts & slippers!), not being punctual for school, and all etc, minus the fact that your pocket remains empty. Man you can go really broke. Or you can try finding a sugar mum (or dad) to finance your expenses. Hahs.

Meanwhile… I have so much fun cam-whoring with Simon! HAHAHA! I love iphone apps! =D

End of 1st week

Today marks the end of the first week of work. With that, I came to fully appreciate the TGIF effect =) This is because as a student (for the past 21 yrs ???), Fridays didn’t matter that much and doesn’t highlight any difference to a weekend. As long as you do not have lessons or project meetings for that day, basically you’re free. Even when you have lectures to attend, at most it’ll only take a few hours unlike the full 8 hours (or even more) you’re going to trudge in the working university.

Anyway the hectic-ness haven really kick in for me yet, becoz, as I’ve mentioned, it’s only my first week of work. But I believe as time goes by, more responsibilities will be added, more working functions to learn, and more tasks to handle. And that’s where the OT picture will seep in right!

Camwhored abit when I came back from my interview 3 weeks ago. Hair bann-ed my hair becos that’s the period where I had just snipped off my fringe and nope, I’m not going to show you my Sotong Girl Look (SGL – nick created by Simon)!!

Anyway if you’ve realized, I have a really high forehead and I don’t look good when I banned up my hair in this manner too.. but still, at least better than the SGL la.

Love from Australia

Luke is finally back from Australia, and, with lots of love! Chocolates and more chocolates and more chocolates till the extent that you will go “pu zua” (aka body heaty).

First to start with, CHOCOLATE FONDUE FOUNTAIN!! The thought of Marshmallows enriched with the thick creamy layer of chocolate is enough to drive me nuts. Will try this soon!! =D And mummy gonna have more washing to do now.

Since the festive season is around the corner, chocolates are a perfect blend.

That’s what exactly I’m doing now

Refreshing my Facebook page every 30 mins – 1hr.

Refreshing jobstreet/jobsdb page almost every hour to check if there are any new postings on marketing-related jobs. But that came to no avail, with limited openings and no suitable positions.

Trying to fill my empty days with an endless chain of dramas, yes, till my head hurts and I needed a panadol for cure. Some days, when I just so sick of dramas, I’ll just lay on the bed and sleep. So the itinerary of the day starts like that: wakes up –>search for jobs –> surf the net –> lunch –> nap (2 hrs) –> bath –> search for jobs –> stare at the computer –> stare at the computer –> stare at the computer

And stared till my head hurts again. Life’s so meaningless and crappy now. Boring and going poorer…
